Join us along with guest leader Zach Wilson, Iron County Conservation Specialist, for a snowshoe hike on Friday, February 17 from 1-3 pm at the Beaver Creek Hemlocks Conservation Area in the Town of Sherman in Iron County. The focus for this hike will be looking at animals tracks and other signs left behind.
Participants will be snowshoeing primarily on trail for about 2.5 miles (moderate). Participants need to bring their own snowshoes. To register for the event, please call 715-479-2490 or email firstname.lastname@example.org by Feb. 15. Space is limited.
Directions to Beaver Creek Hemlocks Conservation Area – The parking area is located on the east side of Route 182 across from the north end of Beaver Creek Road, in the Town of Sherman, which is located about four miles south of Springstead and 15 miles east of Park Falls.
