Volunteer Day at Holmboe Conifer Forest

Get outside and have fun at the Northwoods Land Trust’s (NWLT) volunteer day on Saturday, September 23rd from 10 am – noon at the Holmboe Conifer Forest State Natural Area in Rhinelander. Volunteers will be assisting by hand-pulling invasive plants and documenting their locations and hauling of boardwalk materials.

Participants should bring work gloves, proper attire, water and a snack. Check the weather the day before, as a variety of conditions are possible. This event will happen rain or shine and will only be canceled due to severe weather.
